Avant Law LLC is a boutique law firm in Singapore specialized in corporate law and legal solutions for businesses. Our firm was founded by partners who were formerly from Singapore big four law firms and from Malaysia best law firms.
In French, “Avant” means “forward” whereas the firm’s name in Chinese is “恩万” which means "deepest gratitude" (to those who have given us their unwavering support and trust). Such gratitude reminds ourselves to always place our clients' needs first.

Our Core Team
Siew Ling, a qualified lawyer in both Singapore and Malaysia, specializes in corporate and commercial works, mergers & acquisitions, and initial public offerings.
Siew Ling co-founded Avant Law LLC in 2018. She left Drew & Napier as a director after working there for about 9 years. Siew Ling began her practice in Malaysia in 2001 at Skrine and later at Zaid Ibrahim & Co. with an accumulated legal practice of 8 years in Malaysia.
Saw Hooi, a qualified lawyer in both Singapore and Malaysia, specializes in probate and administration of estates, employment laws and intellectual property matters.
Prior to joining our firm, Saw Hooi worked as in-house legal and compliance counsel in various sectors including the sector of fast-moving consumer goods, manufacturing & telecommunication.

At Avant Law LLC, we respect your right to privacy and our privacy policy is based on the Personal Data Protection Act (“PDPA”).
We may collect, use or disclose your personal data with your consent or deemed consent when you submit your information to us, engage our services and for reasonable causes during the ordinary course of business as permitted under the PDPA or other applicable laws and regulations.
We may disclose such personal data to our affiliated entities, third party service providers and agents, other professional advisors and consultants with whom we are dealing with on your behalf, or to the extent necessary to comply with any laws or regulations; and to any other party to whom you authorise us to disclose your personal data.
As required under the PDPA, we take reasonable care to protect personal data from unauthorised access, improper use or disclosure or accidental loss by restricting access to the information by appropriate physical and digital security measures. Any data to be destroyed will be destroyed in a manner that protects the privacy of such data.
ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL DATA
You may contact us to: (i) obtain personal data that we hold about you; (ii) request for your personal data to be updated or corrected; (iii) withdraw consent for us to use or disclose the personal data we hold about you. Upon the withdrawal of your consent, we will cease to collect, use or disclose your personal data unless otherwise permitted or required under the PDPA.
